（中央社首爾25日綜合外電報導）南北韓高層對話自22日在兩韓邊界板門店展開三天後，雙方終於達成協議，可望緩和朝鮮半島劍拔弩張的緊張情勢，南韓方面預定今天凌晨2時（台灣時間凌晨1時）說明結果。
南韓聯合新聞通訊社（Yonhap）報導，南韓總統府發言人表示，這項為化解緊張情勢緊急舉行的馬拉松會談已經達成協議，南韓方面首席代表、青瓦台國家安保室室長金寬鎮將於凌晨2時公布協議細節。
稍早報導即傳出，兩韓雖仍對造成半島局勢緊張的責任所在存有歧見，但雙方對通過對話解決問題達成了共識。
在磋商過程中，雙方就北韓對地雷挑釁事件道歉和南韓停止對北韓喊話等問題取得了部分進展。有觀察家認為，兩韓已連續兩天通宵談判，或在就協議文案的內容進行協調。
一般來說，雙方會先提交協議文案，就文案內容相互協調，之後接受本國的指示再重新協調意見。
兩韓從22日下午6時30分至23日淩晨4時15分進行通宵對話後，因無成果暫時休會，後於23日下午3時30分重啟對話，持續至今。
據悉，南韓在此次對話中要求北韓承認在兩韓邊界非軍事區（DMZ）埋設地雷，併為此以及在西部邊界地區向南韓開砲挑釁道歉，南韓還敦促北韓為防止類似事件重演採取相關措施。北韓則否認埋設地雷，要求南韓軍方停止對北韓擴音喊話。
對於北韓提出的停止擴音喊話的要求，南韓政府堅持若北韓對埋設地雷進行挑釁事件不拿出有誠意的態度，南韓不會停止喊話。1040825
